We’ll bring our professional wood fired barbecue pit to your event and
prepare your meal on site, and present it beautifully to delight your visual
senses as well as your taste buds. We’ll serve you the best barbecue you ever
tasted, complete with all the trimmings. Order
directly from our barbecue menu, or we'll prepare a custom menu especially for
your event. Everything,
including our side dishes, rubs, sauces and marinades are homemade from scratch
with great love for the art of barbecue and meticulous attention to detail,
quality, and your continued good health. Rest assured that in spite of our
rather gregarious personalities, and our attempts at humor found in these pages,
we take what we do very seriously. We simply love to cook, and truly enjoy
this business of professional barbecue catering. It is a lot of
work, but for us, it beats the heck out of doing anything else we could imagine.

 The true style of Southern barbecue
mandates a low cooking temperature (200-225 degrees) and a fragrant cloud of
wood smoke. We’ve taken this style
to new heights by incorporating Northwest flair and the tastes of Asian and
Cajun cuisine into our menu. We have
something for every taste, and can accommodate your crowd of any size.
We prefer to think of “barbecue” as
a style of cooking rather than a “backyard event.”
It is perfect for any occasion at any time of year, including our rainy
Northwest seasons. We’ve catered
events of all types and sizes, including wedding receptions, corporate and state
agency luncheons, birthdays and anniversaries, and holiday functions.
